Durational performance

Ke-tubuh-an (loosely translated into the female body experience; female embodiment; or in this work, refers to female body roles and function) is a 1-hour performance I performed continuously for 5 days. Using the membatik technique, I wrote my thoughts and struggles about my complex experiences on womanhood, tradition, gender roles, and body agency. This performance is meant to be a journey that has yet to be finished and probably will never be finished.​
